Testimonials:

Hello,

Today was awesome!!  The food was incredible.  For anyone that wants to eat clean, whole foods I would suggest such simple introductions.  My personal goal is to reduce packaged/processed foods out of my home today and eventually down the line, nearly all.  I am currently on a food detox that does not allow wheat. The pea/green bean pasta was amazingly versatile.  Stephanie and I had a banter going about the alternative pastas, such as brown rice, which is very sticky and quinoa, which is horrible left over for next day lunch boxes.  The pasta she brought today, was a whole new experience. I cooked it tonight with her raw tomato/olive sauce.  My kids LOVED it!!  It will definitely make the lunch boxes tomorrow. $4 for the package gets in dinner for four, plus lunch for three.  It is a bit more than the cheap pasta at Ralph’s, but consider how much healthier we can be!  Just like my family only eats organic beef once a month, due to costs and staying in our integrity, I can say that this pasta would definitely be on my weekly shopping list. Once a week, due to budgeting works out well!  We can do this!

Statement from Hope, out of the blue during dinner

Mom, this pasta is good for us right? Yes, it is. It’s sooo yummy.  We should do this pasta for Mariposa. What do you mean for Mariposa? Like, I could have this for my lunch and oh, could you make this for my class on my birthday? Too cute and so shows how my child appreciates that it not only is healthy, but tastes yummy and she wants to share it with her friends.

Thanks so much for all your efforts!

Jennifer

Just a note to say what fun I had in the “Uncooking” demo/class.

Not only was it informative, showing simple, practical, healthy alternatives for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; it was also delicious! I am looking forward to recreating all of these recipes for my family. I will be back for more great recipes next month.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Stephanie

Others feel that it belongs on a set of (insert sci-fi film here) and will never see mass production.
